These Terms govern your use of the Ghaits website and the Ghaits trading agent software. By creating an account or running the software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & licenses

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your license and pairing tokens secure. Licenses are issued per user and may not be shared.

2. Trading risk

Ghaits automates trade execution but does not provide financial advice. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your strategies, configuration, and any resulting trades, in both paper and live modes.

3. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the licensing layer, attempt to bypass license validation, or use the software for unlawful purposes.

4. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
